They realize they are now destined to save the world from an evil force (Jindiao), who wishes to take over the world and steal the chi of the four constellations, landing Po with his biggest challenge yet-teaching this ragtag band of kids how to wield their newfound Kung Fu powers. The panda kids accidentally absorb the chi of ancient and powerful Kung Fu warriors known as the Four Constellations: Blue Dragon, Black Tortoise, White Tiger, and Red Phoenix-each of which somehow are with the panda who has a quality opposite to the that Constellation's prime quality.

Set after the events of Kung Fu Panda 3, the series follows Po the panda on a fresh adventure featuring four panda kids (Nu Hai, Jing, Bao, and Fan Tong) who happen upon a mystical cave beneath the Panda Village. The second half of season 1 was released on July 5 2019. Developer Mitch Watson has confirmed that Mick Wingert would reprise his role from Legends of Awesomeness as Po.

He eventually befriends the Furious Five, and they must join forces to defeat Tai Lung, an evil warrior who escaped from prison. Po Ping is a Giant Panda who is very clumsy and mistakenly chosen to be the Dragon Warrior, a kung fu master who would understand the Dragon Scroll. The Kung Fu Panda movies feature a whole cast of anthropomorphic animals, some of who possess special powers. Wuxia means martial heroes, and it is found in Chinese fiction that features anthropomorphic animals - ones who have human characteristics. The films are set in a fantasy wuxia genre.

Netflix will add Kung Fu Panda and Kung Fu Panda 2 to its Dreamworks titles on July 1, 12:01 a.m. This inspired two TV series, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness for Nickelodeon and Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny for Amazon.
The first two films will be available on Netflix, and the franchise also has a third film and three shorts. The second film sees many of those actors reprise their roles and adds in more all-stars like Gary Oldman, Michelle Yeoh, Danny McBride, Dennis Haysbert, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Victor Garber. He is joined by an all-star cast of Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Ian McShane, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu, David Cross, Randall Duk Kim, James Hong, Dan Fogler, Michael Clarke Duncan and Jackie Chan. Jack Black voices Po, the Kung Fu Panda, and brings his unique style of hilarity to the films.
